Individuals, are given a developed and secured plot of same value as per market survey rate in respect of their investment. Company signs an agreement with the individual of maximum assured return of approx. 25% per annum, after three years. Besides this, individuals are provided a business platform, which can help them to touch the sky in success by putting a small social effort by guiding the society to generate maximum benefit with minimum possible risk and tension.

Chairman Profile

The chairman of the company Mr. Binay Kumar Mishra is a well known personality working in field of raising the economical status of the middle class family by helping them to invest in real estate field with maximum possible return in less time.

He belongs to a very poor family and served the country as a Defence Personnel. His background and work profile has helped him in understanding the in and out of the economical requirement and crisis of the middle class family especially of Defence Personnel.

Structure of the Company

ABS LandGrowth Pvt. Ltd. has great corporate structure having Chairman, Chief Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, 20 Executive Officers, Admin Staff and many Associates.

Different committees have been formed to delegate the rights of decision and responsibilities of work in the company, among associates. This leads to most effective work culture with focused approach towards benefits of all associates.

There are five different committee of the company. Each consists of 4 members and therefore in total 20 members are there to take care of different rights and responsibilities to fulfill the dreams of the people in society. Our five committees are as follows:

  • Planning Committee
  • Operational Committee
  • Legal & Discipline Committee
  • Welfare Committee
  • HR Management Committee


A total of 5 Executive Officers from different committees form a committee known as Core Member Committee.

Each and every committee is bound and responsible for Core Committee. Eventually, core committee is responsible for Chairman of the Company. Each committee is having its own role and responsibility, and does not interfere in the role and responsibilities of other committees till Chairman will ask it to do so.

Each committee will give their proposal of its related issues or concerns in the core committee meeting and core committee will discuss on it and further recommend it to the Chairman for approval. Each and every responsibilities related with the respective committee will be allocated by the chairman and will be accepted by the respective committee with great respect and honor.

The best performer among 20 Executive Officers in first pay out will be designated as CEO for one year and again, after one year best performer of the year will be CEO. CEO will have an additional right and responsibilities as per the requirement of the company, decided by the Chairman or the Chief Managing Director of the company.
